Support Hudson's engagement with US and international policymakers by organizing briefings, managing contacts, tracking congressional and executive calendars, drafting memos and correspondence, conducting policy research, and staffing events to advance bipartisan dialogue.

Manage the CEO's calendar, communications, and travel; coordinate CEO engagements and donor meetings; conduct research and special projects; prepare expense reports; plan Board meetings; collaborate with senior management and staff to track goals and execute events.

Support planning and execution of events (panels, conferences, receptions). Manage invitations, RSVPs, event materials, webpages, on-site logistics, registration, social promotion, contact databases, and photography.

Support Public Affairs with research and administrative work: draft newsletters, web content and press materials; maintain website (photos, proofreading, uploads); update editorial calendar; greet reporters and assist with event operations and daily team tasks.

Support Government Relations team with legislative and executive tracking, research, memo writing, event and briefing coordination, internal newsletters, and administrative tasks while gaining exposure to policy experts and public events in Washington, D.C.
