Provide administrative and client-facing support for personal injury cases: open and maintain files, communicate with clients/medical providers/insurers, prepare correspondence, assist with PIP claims, coordinate medical bill payments, verify account balances, and manage multiple priorities to support attorneys and legal teams.

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, handling litigation, negotiation, and trial work. Lead and mentor a small support team, maintain client-centered advocacy, manage high-volume caseloads, and engage in community outreach to support firm objectives.
