Creates short-form videos and supporting photography showcasing YMCA members, programs, staff, events, and community impact. Captures content across locations, edits videos for social platforms, monitors trends, pitches ideas, maintains an organized media library, and supports the marketing calendar. Collaborates with marketing and branch teams, follows brand, accessibility, consent, child-safety, and release procedures, and provides performance reports.

Directs YMCA membership programming and member experiences, including department budgeting, marketing, equipment purchasing, scheduling, staff recruitment, supervision, training, and operational management. Builds relationships with members, donors, volunteers, and community groups while supporting association goals, events, and inclusive programming. The role also maintains equipment, recruits volunteers, participates in committees, and ensures staff deliver high-quality service.
