Develop employer partnerships and coordinate internships, campus recruiting, and career-planning services. Advise students on resumes and interviewing, organize career events, maintain employer database, and promote career services to employers and campus stakeholders.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar and travel management, coordinating meetings and events, handling communications, preparing reports and presentations, taking meeting minutes, and liaising with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth executive operations.

Create and edit short-form and promotional videos with motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design; optimize content for social platforms. Design social and ad creatives, posters, brochures, and banners. Maintain brand consistency and collaborate with marketing on admission campaigns.

Manage and coordinate end-to-end student admissions: generate and follow up leads, maintain CRM/CMS, assist counsellors, handle applications, inquiries, campus visits, admission paperwork, and plan admission events. Liaise with marketing and campus teams to support enrollment and maintain accurate student records.

Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, networks, endpoints, CCTV and biometric systems. Install, configure, troubleshoot hardware/software, manage user accounts and access, perform backups and disaster recovery, oversee cybersecurity tools, support end users, coordinate vendors, and maintain documentation and IT asset inventory.

Lead full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, SOP and policy development, compliance with labor laws, organizational design, rewards and recognition, and employee relations for a large workforce.
