Build and maintain employer partnerships to create internships and job opportunities; promote career planning through outreach and presentations; advise students on resumes, interviews, and job search strategies; coordinate campus recruitment events and employer interviews; maintain employer database and help develop experiential learning programs.

Provide day-to-day office administration: manage supplies and budgets, maintain databases and filing, schedule meetings and travel, prepare reports and presentations, handle correspondence, and support office policies and events.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial statements and reports, assist budgeting, forecasting and tax preparation, perform financial analysis, monitor cash flow, ensure compliance, and support audits while collaborating cross-functionally.

Produce and edit short-form and promotional videos (Reels, Shorts, testimonials), add motion graphics, sound design, transitions and subtitles, and optimize for platforms. Design social posts, ads, posters and print materials while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with marketing on campaign concepts and meet project deadlines using Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.

Manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, contracts, order and delivery records, stock levels, invoice payments, and compliance. Resolve order issues, monitor supplier performance, assist budgeting and forecasting, and update management on purchasing progress for manufacturing or civil construction operations.

Manage all group legal operations including litigation, recovery actions (SARFAESI, NI Act), arbitration, contract drafting and negotiation, HR-related defense, coordinating external counsel, and court representations across multiple jurisdictions.
