Support presales and post-sales as a trusted technical resource, run certification and upskilling programs, manage online community (Discord), attend events, deliver presentations, and advise product development on Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance.

Manage full sales cycles to win new business and expand existing MSP accounts for a Microsoft Security-focused SaaS product. Prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals while building executive relationships, collaborating with technical teams for delivery, monitoring market trends, and providing sales forecasts. Represent the company at events to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Manage a portfolio of MSP partners across Benelux to drive product adoption, renewals and upsell. Onboard clients, run trainings/workshops, monitor account health, surface customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and collaborate with Sales, Support and Marketing to ensure retention and growth.

Support onboarding of MSP partners by managing implementation timelines, organising webinars and classroom training, maintaining documentation and LMS content, troubleshooting Microsoft-stack issues, and ensuring client satisfaction while improving onboarding processes.

Lead the order-to-cash cycle for a high-volume customer base: manage billing, payments, collections, cash allocation, forecasting, KPI reporting, and cross-functional financial partnering. Drive process improvements, billing automation, and AR controls while supporting month-end, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Provide commercial insight to stakeholders and ensure accurate financial discipline across AR and credit control functions.

Own budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, performance analysis, and executive reporting. Act as finance business partner to leaders, support investment cases, build KPIs/dashboards, and collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate month-end reporting and commercial decision support.
