Leads Vergent Products’ human resources function, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, leave administration, compliance, payroll data, workers’ compensation, and organizational culture initiatives. Serves as a strategic advisor to leadership and employees, maintains HR policies and records, analyzes workforce data, and improves HR processes and employee experience. The role requires strong knowledge of employment law and HR systems, with manufacturing experience preferred.
