Work on PJT's Oil & Gas strategic advisory team advising on M&A, asset sales, divestitures and distressed situations. Lead transaction execution tasks including due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, negotiations, and client meetings. Conduct industry research, analyze market developments and prepare written investment and strategic analyses. Support business development and collaborate across PJT's global platform and restructuring/special situations teams.

Lead execution of M&A and strategic advisory engagements for TMT clients: build valuation and operating models, perform due diligence and industry research, prepare client materials, participate in negotiations and mentoring junior staff, and support business development.

Lead PJT's AI security and risk program: own AI risk framework and policies, evaluate vendors and internal AI deployments, perform AI threat modeling, embed AI security controls, monitor regulation and report to leadership, support audits, and deliver awareness training. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Technology to manage model, data, and third-party AI risks across the firm.

Build, operate, and secure the firm's AI infrastructure and developer tooling to enable Python-based AI applications. Implement Azure AI Foundry, integrate LLM APIs (Anthropic, Azure OpenAI), design data pipelines (ADF, Databricks), manage cloud infrastructure (IaC, Kubernetes), and enforce security, governance, and compliance for regulated financial environments.

Oversee end-to-end technical projects and multiyear Technology Operations initiatives (patching, monitoring, backup). Define scope, create roadmaps, coordinate engineering, security, infrastructure and vendors, manage risks, track milestones, report status, and maintain documentation to ensure delivery aligned with business, security, and compliance objectives.

Support and lead execution of M&A and strategic advisory engagements for TMT clients, including valuation and financial modelling, due diligence, research, client meetings, and mentoring junior staff. Contribute to origination and cross-sector deal work within lean deal teams.

Support AML/KYC client onboarding, CDD/EDD, sanctions and transaction assessments, ongoing monitoring, suspicious activity reviews, periodic client reviews, remediation, AML control maintenance, and compliance reporting while collaborating with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders.

Support execution of M&A and strategic advisory engagements for Industrials clients: financial and valuation analysis, modeling, due diligence, industry research, preparing client materials, participating in meetings and negotiations, and mentoring junior staff.

Work on Strategic Advisory deals for UK clients, performing financial analysis, valuation and modeling, industry research, due diligence, and preparing written materials. Support transaction execution including M&A, restructurings, divestitures, client meetings and contract negotiations while working closely with senior bankers.

Design, support, and maintain enterprise network systems (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, cloud networking). Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, implement secure scalable solutions (Zero Trust/SASE), document configurations, collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in on-call rotations to resolve incidents.
