Provides friendly reception and administrative support in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting residents, families, visitors, personnel, government representatives, and the public; answering telephone calls through a switchboard; typing; using basic computer systems; and communicating tactfully. The role requires evening availability from 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. with weekend flexibility.
