Drive Accessories product-line sales by developing strategic multi-year growth plans, identifying opportunities, supporting channel partners, providing pre-sales technical support, documenting interactions in CRM, conducting market and gap analyses, recommending product enhancements, and managing customer relationships to meet divisional sales objectives.

Lead development and integration of vehicle-level electrohydraulic and electronic control systems. Capture customer requirements, propose system architectures, perform system FMEAs and functional safety analysis, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to design, install, debug, and validate advanced vehicle systems, and support sales and product divisions with technical proposals and VoC.

Provide technical product support for assigned mechanical product lines: liaise with sales and customers, create price quotations and reports (SAP), deliver training, update distributors, perform technical and price analysis, coordinate with German counterparts, and support continuous improvement.

Design and develop hydraulic cartridge valves and related components; produce customer and manufacturing drawings, test procedures, and work instructions; validate prototypes in the engineering lab; develop test specifications and maintain engineering documentation; collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve manufacturing, design, and quality issues.

Manage filters and elements product group to meet sales and profit goals. Provide application and sales support, training, pricing, stock coordination, product literature, trade show coordination, and manage related projects.

Manage administration and communication of employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary), 401(k) processes, leave/FMLA administration, compliance (ERISA/ACA/COBRA), benefits reporting, open enrollment, payroll coordination, and employee education.

Manage accumulator and cylinder product line: support application engineering and sales, handle quotations and pricing, train distributors and managers, recommend product changes and stock levels, develop product literature and presentations, and travel ~30-40% to support customers and field teams.

Manage and grow assigned key accounts by developing new customers, increasing sales and margins, implementing corporate sales strategy, maintaining accurate CRM and forecasts, coordinating internal resources and distributors, reporting monthly account activity, and identifying new business opportunities. Travel up to 25% and set/track sales goals and strategic plans for the territory.

Lead complex, cross-functional system integration projects from concept through production launch. Own project plans, schedules, risk management, and resource coordination while aligning engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and external partners to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.

Design, commission, and optimize CNC manufacturing and assembly processes for new product introductions. Support the shop floor, develop tooling, layouts, and manufacturing cells, establish product acceptance criteria, coordinate vendors, and assist quality and materials teams to meet cost and productivity targets.
