Support Operations Manager in overseeing daily mortgage operations across branches, manage pipeline flow and SLAs, monitor KPIs, resolve escalations, coordinate with underwriting/closing/post-closing teams, assist with staffing/scheduling/timesheet administration, drive training and process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as backup Operations Manager with occasional travel to branch offices.
