Manage end-to-end payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary employees (Paylocity), administer all employee benefits including enrollments, terminations, open enrollment and COBRA, support FMLA and disability coordination, maintain HRIS records, produce payroll/HR reports, ensure compliance (garnishments, tax levies), and coordinate with brokers and third-party administrators.

Lead accounting for a multi-entity real estate portfolio including financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, cash management, AP/AR oversight, internal controls, audits and tax coordination, lender reporting, and managing a small accounting team. Requires real estate accounting and property management systems experience.
