Plans, delivers, and optimizes integrated marketing initiatives promoting co-operative education and experiential learning programs. Develops audience-focused content, campaigns, and messaging; coordinates stakeholders and multi-channel activities; applies brand, accessibility, and governance standards; evaluates campaign performance; advises partners; resolves implementation challenges; and improves marketing tools, templates, processes, and delivery practices.

Oversee operations, maintenance, calibration, repair, and process development for a university microfabrication and foundry laboratory. Support thin-film deposition, semiconductor and display-device fabrication, equipment reliability, quality control, safety, procurement, and user access. Train and certify researchers, students, and external users; provide technical consultation; develop procedures and experiments; supervise students; assess academic work; and collaborate with faculty and lab management to maintain reliable research infrastructure.

Leads the University’s enterprise digital experience strategy, platform roadmap, governance, accessibility, user experience, content standards, analytics, and continuous improvement. Advises senior leaders, oversees shared digital channels and platforms, partners with technical teams, manages staff, budgets, vendors, and external relationships, and drives adoption of consistent digital practices across a decentralized institution.
