Support NCAA and GNAC compliance by monitoring eligibility, amateurism, academic and recruiting rules; use NCAA Compliance Assistant and other compliance software for documentation; prepare eligibility lists, national letters of intent, financial aid agreements, waivers; educate students, coaches, and staff on NCAA rules; assist with required reporting.

Lead technical administration and strategic configuration of the Canvas LMS and related instructional technologies. Manage system architecture, integrations, data workflows, reporting, reliability, security, and compliance. Partner with TLC, IT, vendors, and academic units to sustain a scalable digital learning environment and provide instructional-technology consultation to faculty and staff.

Support athletics communications by writing press releases and feature stories; maintain the athletics website and archives; assist with media days, gameday operations (programs, statistics, live-streaming, photography/videography); create and manage social media content; participate in athletics operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide academic advising, tutoring coordination, disability and study-hall support, monitor NCAA academic eligibility and Progress Toward Degree, maintain NCAA Compliance Assistant records, assist with academic reporting and education on NCAA rules, and collaborate with athletics staff.

Build community and business partnerships, oversee promotional game-day initiatives, support booster club and donor relations, collaborate with university offices, and manage athletics fundraising events.

Support athletics marketing, sponsorship cultivation, game-day promotions, fundraising, ticket sales, and event coordination (golf tournament, awards, Hall of Fame, Give Day). Collaborate with university offices, assist NCAA/GNAC reporting, and perform assigned duties to increase revenue and promote NNU Athletics.

Teach undergraduate electrical engineering and physics courses (digital/analog circuits, IC design, semiconductor devices, electronic materials); advise and mentor students; supervise capstone and summer research; pursue semiconductor-focused research and collaborate with local industry partners (e.g., Micron) to grow interdisciplinary research aligned with CHIPS Act goals.
