Oversee workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and injury prevention while supporting HR functions. Manage workers' compensation, conduct safety audits and incident investigations, develop and deliver training, maintain records, coordinate return-to-work programs, and partner with site HR and external vendors to reduce risk and ensure OSHA/MIOSHA compliance.

Support and manage ERP systems (primarily Epicor), resolve support tickets, perform cloud database administration, provide L1/L2 help desk support, collaborate on designing and implementing software solutions, liaise with Epicor support, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
