Lead global education operations with P&L ownership, ensuring scalable delivery of in-person, virtual, and self-directed training. Drive operational strategy, process governance, vendor/stakeholder collaboration, KPI-driven performance reporting, budget oversight, and team leadership to improve learner experience and financial performance.

Lead AMPP's market expansion in China by identifying business opportunities, building strategic relationships with government, industry, and academia, localizing training and standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting market research, coordinating partnerships, and representing AMPP at events. Support cross-functional teams while managing budgets, reports, and escalation of compliance or reputational risks.

Lead global marketing and sales strategy for AMPP's products, programs, and services. Oversee brand, demand generation, digital marketing, analytics, martech, creative, sales enablement, and global account management to drive revenue, membership, and engagement. Build high-performing teams, partner cross-functionally, and manage budgets, partners, and global go-to-market execution.

Serve as AMPP's primary in-house attorney, leading governance, compliance, commercial contracts, IP protection, data privacy, employment law, and regulatory oversight. Advise executive leadership and Board, manage contract lifecycle and external counsel, support compliance programs and investigations, and enable legal alignment across global operations while traveling to support events and board meetings.

Lead AMPP's commercial revenue strategy across advertising, media, exhibits, sponsorships, publications, digital products, and PPS. Build and coach a high-performing sales organization, set targets and forecasts, implement sales playbooks and CRM-driven processes, drive cross-selling and market expansion, oversee high-value negotiations, and report performance to senior leadership.

Manage the accounts receivable department, oversee daily and month-end cash receipts and application, maintain records and controls, define and implement AR/collections policies, supervise staff, support audits, and recommend process improvements to optimize cash application.
