Lead and manage network operations to ensure reliable, secure enterprise networking and SaaS availability. Oversee routers, firewalls, Azure/hybrid environments, vendor management, incident/change processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement while mentoring the IT support team.

Provide inbound and outbound sales and customer service for industrial distribution: manage orders in the ERP, prepare quotes, resolve order/delivery/billing issues, build account relationships, and meet revenue and activity targets.

Provide HR administrative support across recruiting, onboarding, payroll and employee data, HRIS maintenance and reporting, benefits and leave administration support, records management, compliance tracking, and general HR administrative tasks for multiple locations.
