Represent luxury automotive brands with hospitality-first sales: create personalized buying experiences, meet aggressive monthly sales targets, negotiate price/finance/trade-ins, respond to leads quickly and maintain CRM follow-up, collaborate with F&I and management, prepare vehicles, and participate in marketing/community events.

Sell new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz Sprinter commercial vans, manage and grow assigned fleet accounts, prospect for new business, use CRM to track interactions, coordinate with service/parts/finance teams, and ensure compliance and customer satisfaction to maximize profitability and retention.

Manage and reconcile accounts receivable across multiple dealerships: maintain AR aging reports, post payments and funding, process warranty claims, support month-end close, and collaborate with sales and service teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
