Supports the full order-to-cash process by administering EDI and ERP data, processing customer orders, coordinating fulfillment, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, maintaining documentation, and supporting sales teams. The role collaborates with sales, warehouse, operations, product, marketing, and customer teams to ensure accurate order execution, timely communication, account maintenance, and efficient business processes.

Pick, package, label, and palletize customer orders in the distribution center. Assist with assembly, unloading containers, receiving and putting away inventory, and data entry. Follow safety rules and work collaboratively to improve processes.

Manage LTL shipments by coordinating carriers, preparing bills of lading and packing lists, maintaining shipment records, ensuring proper packing and compliance, resolving freight issues, performing cycle counts, and supporting warehouse safety and housekeeping to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
