Provide transactional legal counsel in commercial real estate and corporate matters including acquisitions, financings, entity formation, M&A, lending, contract drafting and negotiation; manage client communications, perform legal research, assemble documents, monitor receivables, participate in marketing and client development, and collaborate with other practice groups.
