Manages on-site HR and payroll operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, corrective action, terminations, personnel records, payroll processing, benefits administration, workers’ compensation documentation, and recruitment support. Partners with the facility CEO and home office HR team to implement policies, maintain compliance, handle sensitive matters confidentially, and foster a respectful workplace culture across multiple communities.
