Provide on-site HR and payroll support across three senior care communities. Partner with CEOs and Home Office HR to manage the full employee lifecycle, process payroll and timekeeping, coordinate onboarding and background checks, administer benefits, track workplace injuries/workers' compensation, assist recruitment, maintain compliant personnel records, and foster a respectful workplace culture.
