Owns end-to-end partner program delivery, including relationship development, partnership creation, program design, stakeholder coordination, execution, P&L oversight, performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting. The role manages multiple complex programs, aligns internal teams with partner commitments, and uses AI tools and automation to improve workflows and output.

Support Senior Program Managers with in-app program operations, community logistics, prize fulfillment, course building, basic performance monitoring and internal reporting. Use AI tools to speed content structuring, QA, charting and summaries. Focus is execution, admin, community support and learning rather than partner-facing responsibilities.
