The Human Resources Generalist serves as a first point of contact for HR inquiries and provides administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave, employee records, compliance, and payroll. The role maintains confidential employee data, processes HR transactions in Workday, supports FMLA and open enrollment, reconciles payroll and invoices, coordinates access deactivation, and ensures compliance with employment laws and College policies.
