Support TRIO Student Support Services by collecting, entering, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting participant data; ensure FERPA-compliant records; assist with DOE reporting and evaluations; supervise computer lab; provide clerical and student support; collaborate with campus staff and assist in program events and visits.

Provide front-line support in the Financial Aid Office: advise students and families on aid options, process and verify FAFSA and supporting documents, evaluate eligibility, manage appeals and academic progress tracking, assist with office communications, data entry, and supervise student assistants. Requires in-person campus presence and occasional travel.

Install, configure, monitor, and maintain campus servers, network hardware, Active Directory, Exchange, and security services. Troubleshoot complex network issues, support VoIP and wireless infrastructure, assist with cabling and virtualization, and recommend system performance improvements.

Manage and administer the TRIO Student Support Services grant including budget oversight, compliance reporting, staff supervision, participant recruitment and retention, coordination with college services, program evaluation, and community liaison work to support low-income, first-generation, and at-risk students.

Lead development and coordination of non-credit courses and business/industry training. Serve as liaison with employers and Workforce Solutions, manage scheduling, staffing, registration, compliance, records, marketing, evaluation, grants, and community partnerships to grow workforce offerings and Kids' College programs.
