Lead and supervise governmental financial statement audits, prepare financial statements and disclosures, review audit procedures and workpapers, communicate with clients, manage engagement budgets and fieldwork, identify control deficiencies and service opportunities, and mentor associates.

Support accounting, tax, and audit tasks under senior supervision: data entry, recordkeeping, report preparation, bookkeeping software use, client site visits within 20 miles, team data compilation, and special projects to learn accounting operations.

Perform detailed accounting, tax, and audit support under supervision, prepare working papers and financial statements, identify control issues, reconcile general ledger accounts, submit governmental audit information, provide client bookkeeping support and occasional travel to nearby client sites.

Provide consulting and accounting services to governmental clients: internal controls, grant compliance, budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll, audit coordination, client communication, and team leadership.
