Support full talent lifecycle by engaging candidates, screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings and recruiting databases, and coordinating onboarding. Build talent pipelines, represent employer brand at events, and provide administrative support for recruiting and employee experience activities.

Design, implement, and optimize building automation control systems. Select instrumentation, valves, and actuators; update design/as-built drawings; ensure HVAC sequences of operation; maintain design standards; coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, manufacturers, project managers, field technicians, and sales representatives.
