Directs citywide communications and marketing strategy, including media relations, public messaging, website and social media management, community outreach, presentations, broadcast resources, marketing campaigns, budgeting, and coordination across government offices. Leads communications during emergency and non-emergency situations, supervises staff and supports unified city messaging. Requires seven years of progressively responsible communications or marketing experience, including three years of supervision.

Directs the City’s Office of Management and Budget, overseeing operating and capital budgets, five-year financial forecasts, revenue and expenditure analysis, financial reporting, grants operations, and performance management. Advises the City Manager, City Commission, and department leaders on fiscal policy, strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational priorities. Supervises professional staff, coordinates citywide budget and strategic planning processes, ensures legal and financial compliance, leads performance improvement initiatives, and manages special projects and stakeholder outreach.

Lead and coordinate complex municipal engineering projects focused on development review. Perform advanced design, specifications, regulatory submittals, budget estimates, construction monitoring, and prepare technical reports and presentations. Provide guidance to junior staff, coordinate with consultants/contractors/agencies, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and city policies.
