Perform in-person and telephone intakes and eligibility interviews; provide referrals; interview clients and witnesses; investigate and research cases; prepare legal documents; serve process; oversee clinics; notarize and translate documents; maintain client files and data entry; prepare reports and community legal education materials; support attorneys and team as assigned.

Supervise HR staff and support the HR Director in policy, employee relations, investigations, benefits, training, workers' compensation, compliance, onboarding, terminations, and vendor management. Ensure legal and grantor-required training and record retention, administer benefits enrollment, and advise managers to uphold TRLA culture and legal requirements.

Provide clerical and administrative support for attorneys and casehandlers: maintain client files, prepare standard pleadings, set hearings and appointments, notarize documents, manage calendars, handle mail and phones, maintain supplies and office equipment, assist with trust accounts, orient staff, translate, and perform other secretarial duties to support legal services.
