Oversee all technical aspects of live shows aboard Disney Cruise Line: call technical cues (automation, audio, lighting, pyrotechnics, flying systems), run rehearsals, produce paperwork and contingency scripts, train and audit safety/regulatory requirements, coordinate with technical and performance leadership, and support show installs, load-ins/outs, and special events.

Manage and integrate onboard entertainment systems and content (Voyage Planner, BrightSign, DCL app), oversee pre-booked guest activities and ship-to-guest messaging, run onboard print shop operations and inventory, perform audits and color calibration, coordinate with shoreside teams for collateral fulfillment and equipment issues.

Lead and train a technical entertainment team to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot show equipment. Manage schedules, rehearsals, inventories, maintenance logs, safety compliance, and cross-department communication for smooth onboard performances and events.

Operate, maintain, and program shipwide interactive show technologies including lighting, video projection, show control systems, special effects and pyrotechnics. Support daily testing, show changeovers, events, inventory of pyrotechnics, troubleshooting, and vendor support while adhering to shipboard safety and emergency procedures.
