Administers Absorb LMS, maintains training documentation, supports instructional technology, collaborates with educators and subject matter experts, and provides technical and learning design guidance.

The Chief Financial Officer leads enterprise financial strategy, capital planning, risk management, technology, facilities, and operational resilience. The role advises the CEO and Board, oversees financial planning, accounting, budgeting, reporting, internal controls, compliance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and transformation initiatives. Maintains employee records and HRIS data, partners with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, analyzes labor market trends, supports employer branding, and tracks recruitment metrics. The role also participates in career fairs and networking events, ensures employment-law compliance, and promotes a positive candidate and employee experience.
