Support construction project teams by maintaining project financial records, processing owner and trade contractor invoices, managing budgets and change orders, ensuring contract and insurance compliance, preparing project financial reports, and assisting with project close-out and risk management.

Minimal travel to Lansing HQ as needed.

Process and reconcile payroll daily, manage garnishments and deductions, maintain HRIS and payroll records, respond to employee payroll inquiries, support year-end reporting and audits, and assist with benefits and open enrollment.
