Provides Tier 1/2 technical support and independently administers Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Group Policy, and network infrastructure. Diagnoses endpoint, identity, collaboration, application, and connectivity issues; supports jobsite and office technology deployments; manages user onboarding, offboarding, hardware, inventory, and documentation; and mentors junior specialists. The role requires strong service-management practices, occasional travel, and extended or weekend hours as needed.

Maintains accurate project records, processes financial transactions, communicates with trade contractors, and provides profitability and financial status updates. This is a full-time onsite role in Lansing with minimal travel.

Processes full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice creation, approvals, check printing, payment tracking, batch balancing, and payment inquiries. Manages vendor enrollment and weekly Comdata transmissions, office supply inventory, subcontractor compliance, held checks, waivers, and assigned reports. The role also supports project accountants and may involve extended hours, weekends, and minimal travel.

Supports construction project teams with financial reporting, cost projections, reconciliations, contracts, insurance and compliance documentation. Manages project startup accounting, owner and trade contractor invoicing, payments, change orders, project budgets, financial transactions, and closeout activities. Maintains audit-ready records, coordinates with trade contractors, answers payment and contract questions, and contributes to corporate accounting systems.

Support construction project financials by preparing cost projections, reconciliations, invoices, and payment processing; maintain contract and insurance documentation; assist project managers and corporate accounting tasks; serve as contractor point-of-contact; manage project startup and closeout financial activities.

Manages Christman’s corporate innovation programs and opportunity-mapping process. Coordinates governance, regional teams, project teams, vendors, and external partners; enforces evidence-based customer discovery, hypothesis mapping, iterative testing, and MVP validation. Tracks timelines, KPIs, and outcomes through performance dashboards, implements process improvements, facilitates strategic planning, and supports post-pilot handoffs to regional operations.
