Lead the K-8 special education program by ensuring legal compliance, overseeing IEP development and implementation, coordinating evaluations and meetings, maintaining audit-ready documentation, monitoring student progress, and supporting SPED staff. The Director will collaborate with families, teachers, leadership, and service providers while providing training, operational oversight, and compassionate student-centered leadership.
