Own supplier evaluation, performance metrics, strategic supplier relationships, and mentor a procurement team to drive resilience, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Lead technical outside sales for aerospace and defense customers: identify new accounts, maintain relationships, capture requirements as Voice of Customer, develop strategic account plans, cold call when needed, and coordinate internal teams to close opportunities. Frequent domestic travel and airport proximity required.

Lead mechanical design projects from concept through release for high-performance electronic cables and assemblies. Perform advanced engineering tasks, conduct design reviews and root cause analyses, mentor engineers, and implement continuous improvement to meet performance, cost, manufacturability, and regulatory requirements.
