Provides front-desk reception and administrative support, including answering calls, greeting visitors, processing mail, managing office supplies, troubleshooting equipment, scheduling rooms, arranging catering, organizing files, entering data, preparing presentations, coordinating gifts and shipments, and supporting marketing initiatives and process improvements.

Serve as the primary client relationship manager for defined contribution retirement plans: onboard clients, manage operations and dashboards, communicate compliance and administration details, collaborate with sales and internal teams, conduct face-to-face meetings, anticipate and resolve technical questions, and pursue revenue retention and internal sales opportunities.

Provide excellent customer service and follow detailed processes while supporting retirement plan administration and compliance for employer-sponsored plans in collaboration with financial professionals.
