Develops new sales opportunities and grows existing accounts through prospecting, relationship management, presentations, negotiations, and closing. Builds distributor and industry partnerships, maintains a sales pipeline and customer records, researches market opportunities, supports trade shows and customer visits, and collaborates with Marketing, Engineering, and Product Development. Reports sales activity and growth opportunities to the COO. Requires travel up to 25% per month and compliance with background, drug-screen, and ATF requirements.
