Analyzes product portfolios, pricing, profitability, inventory, capacity, and operational performance in a manufacturing environment. Develops dashboards, reports, analytical models, and automated tools using ERP, CRM, business intelligence, and AI-enabled systems. Identifies margin improvement, product rationalization, and growth opportunities while supporting pricing governance and strategic decisions. Partners with cross-functional leaders and provides insights for business performance management.

Analyzes financial and operational performance for multifamily housing and construction projects. Prepares monthly results, forecasts, budgets, long-range plans, and financial models; investigates variances; supports business performance reporting; presents findings to leadership; and improves finance processes through automation.

Supports finance through financial analysis, reporting, KPI tracking, cost-control insights, and decision support for manufacturing plant operations. Partners with cross-functional and plant teams to analyze data, identify trends and risks, improve workflows and data quality, and communicate findings through presentations. Requires strong Excel and ERP experience, manufacturing KPI knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Administer and configure UKG and Workday payroll systems for U.S. and Canadian union and non-union operations. Manage integrations, troubleshoot payroll system issues, lead configuration/testing/deployment, generate payroll reports and reconciliations, provide technical/functional support and training, and partner with HR/Finance/IT/plant leadership to implement system changes and ensure compliance.

Provide in-house legal support across corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory, and litigation matters. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts, supports governance, assists with M&A and real estate, manages outside counsel, conducts legal research, advises stakeholders on compliance and risk mitigation, and delivers training and process improvements.

Serve as HR strategic partner to a Business Unit, leading workforce planning, labor relations (collective bargaining), talent acquisition, performance management, training, HR compliance, HRIS administration, and employee relations to support business objectives.

Develop and maintain customer relationships to generate new and existing business for Atlas Tube HSS products. Prospect, quote, follow up orders, provide technical support, handle customer claims, perform territory reviews, and collaborate with inside sales and management to meet sales and tonnage goals. Frequent travel and territory-based work required.

Support and optimize automated manufacturing and warehouse systems (PLCs, HMI, SCADA, MES/WMS integrations). Troubleshoot, document processes, train onsite super users, coordinate vendor integrations, develop monitoring dashboards, support OT security and change management, assist commissioning and upgrades, and drive efficiency improvements across operations. Role is primarily remote with ~30% travel.
