Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports for plant leadership, monitor manufacturing KPIs, analyze material/labor/overhead variances, maintain inventory reconciliations, support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and continuous improvement using ERP systems and advanced Excel. Onsite, full-time role partnering with operations to drive cost-saving initiatives and accurate product costing.

Lead and oversee accounts payable operations including invoice processing in SAP, payment runs (ACH/check), reconciliations, month-end accruals, vendor maintenance, GRIR and subledger reconciliations, audit support, and team guidance to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant AP processes.

Serve as HR strategic partner to a Business Unit, leading workforce planning, labor relations (collective bargaining), talent acquisition, performance management, training, HR compliance, HRIS administration, and employee relations to support business objectives.

Develop and maintain customer relationships to generate new and existing business for Atlas Tube HSS products. Prospect, quote, follow up orders, provide technical support, handle customer claims, perform territory reviews, and collaborate with inside sales and management to meet sales and tonnage goals. Frequent travel and territory-based work required.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, schedule carrier pickups and delivery appointments, communicate shipment status with sales/shipping/production, manage TMS/ERP and freight documentation, monitor freight costs, resolve shipment issues, maintain records and reporting, support continuous improvement, and provide logistics team backup. Onsite role in Wheatland, PA.

Maintain and improve plant automation and electrical systems by programming PLCs and drives, troubleshooting equipment, integrating control devices, preparing BOMs/drawings, supporting construction/start-up, reviewing supplier proposals, and enforcing safety standards to optimize reliability, productivity, and cost in a manufacturing environment.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across the U.S. and Canada with emphasis on high-volume manufacturing hiring. Source, screen, interview, coordinate multi-stage interviews, manage postings, background/reference checks, and track recruiting metrics. Partner with hiring managers, support onboarding, run outreach (diversity, military, community), and advise HR/operational leaders on hiring best practices and process improvements.
