Provides enterprise-level technical leadership for instrumentation, process control, and automation systems across chemical manufacturing sites. Leads DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS, and analytical instrumentation design; establishes engineering standards; oversees capital projects, testing, commissioning, and startup; supports process safety, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, alarm management, compliance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements. Mentors site engineers, oversees EPCs and integrators, supports OT cybersecurity, and travels domestically and internationally 30–40% of the time.

Supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and plant P&L analysis. Builds financial models, KPI dashboards, and board reporting packages; automates recurring analysis using Excel and Power BI; explains performance variances; improves data quality and month-end reporting; and provides financial insights for operational, capital expenditure, and strategic decision-making.

Manage day-to-day accounting for a manufacturing plant, including revenue, accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, inventory, cost accounting support, fixed assets, and month-end close. Prepare reconciliations, reporting packages, variance explanations, and audit schedules while maintaining internal controls and compliance. Partner with plant operations and corporate finance to improve reporting accuracy, resolve discrepancies, support inventory and capital projects, and enable operational decision-making.
