Manage engagement with 10-15 independent rep firms across the Northwest and Northeast (US/Canada). Provide product training, technical support, consultative selling, coaching, and sales enablement. Drive sales forecasts, metrics, market visits, business reviews, and partner accountability to grow market share and product adoption. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and customer success. Role requires ~50% travel.
