Provides strategic leadership to cross-functional teams and drives adoption of governance and risk processes across Group Operations.

Lead and support regional trade finance projects from planning through implementation: gather requirements, write user stories, coordinate testing/UAT, train country operations, track digital adoption via dashboards, and provide pre- and post-implementation support to improve STP and OAT journeys.
