Lead trading activities by monitoring global markets (including FX), executing timely trades, collaborating on strategy, managing risk and compliance, and reporting performance to stakeholders.

Lead and support investment sales for cluster branches: set sales strategies, coach and train sales staff, assist in joint calls and portfolio reviews, handle complex enquiries and complaints, ensure compliance with HKMA/SFC regulations (Type 1 & 4), and contribute to product/process improvements and audit controls.

Lead product/financial control for Global Financial Markets, strengthening end-to-end control processes for treasury, vanilla and structured products. Oversee P&L attribution, balance sheet substantiation, reconciliations, valuation, hedge accounting, and regulatory reporting. Support new product launches, improve system utilization (e.g., Murex) and data quality, interpret and implement complex accounting standards and regulations, lead projects, and mentor teams while collaborating with senior stakeholders and external auditors to ensure robust financial controls and reporting integrity.

Provide production support and incident management for GFM trading, sales and IB desks; drive change, AI/automation and process improvements; perform control reviews and uphold regulatory compliance; represent COO Office in committees; manage multiple workstreams and resolve complex operational issues.
