Manage daily operations of engineering staff across QA, testing, production, and R&D. Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline employees. Serve as project manager, set timelines and budgets, ensure technical accuracy and compliance, negotiate vendor contracts, and implement process and product improvements.

Performs first-level failure analysis on returned servers/workstations: visual and component-level inspection, troubleshooting, testing, assembly/disassembly, and root-cause documentation. Uses test equipment and database/reporting tools, develops formal FA reports, communicates findings to clients (including Asia team), and works inside customer labs to support product and process qualification.

Manage order processing, fulfillment, and customer service inquiries. Coordinate with receiving, planning, and shipping to meet delivery timelines, generate reports, and handle OSD/exception cases. Maintain warehouse organization and support a positive, safe team environment.

Gathers materials data, drafts testing programs, collects digital test data, analyzes results, recommends fixes, writes technical reports, and develops ongoing QC processes. Supports team leadership and improves efficiency while ensuring safe, productive warehouse/production flows.

Provide administrative support to the executive management team including travel coordination, errands, event and meeting planning, internal communications, procurement and distribution of promotional items, mail handling, basic inventory tasks, and company photography. Maintain bulletin boards, support morale and safety programs, respond to staff requests, and complete ad hoc projects in a warehouse environment with occasional physical demands.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, cost allocations, and month-end close; reconcile accounts and bank statements; support GAAP/IFRS adjustments with Taiwan HQ; handle AP/AR, journal entries, tax documents, and audit package preparation; coordinate with Treasury and other departments; implement warehouse cost and efficiency initiatives; assist on accounting projects and maintain accurate financial records.
