Drive sales and margin growth in a defined HVAC territory by identifying and recruiting new business, managing client relationships, running the full sales process, and documenting activity in Salesforce. Spend up to 80% of time in the field, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze sales/BI data, and prepare forecasts and reports to meet targets.

Manage commercial HVAC projects post-sale: lead turnover meetings, establish financial accounts, generate submittals, release and track orders, coordinate vendors and start-up, maintain project accounting and customer communication to meet deadlines and ensure satisfaction.

Lead and manage building automation controls projects across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Build customer and vendor relationships, define BAS requirements, oversee design reviews, programming, integration, commissioning, and project closeout. Provide forecasting and reports, supervise technicians and coordinators, manage subcontractors, ensure quality, safety, compliance, and deliver training and documentation.

Lead regional wholesale sales to drive revenue, market share, and margin growth. Develop data-driven strategies, coach sales leaders, build customer relationships and partnerships, remove operational obstacles, provide market intelligence to executives, and ensure consistent strategy execution across regions.
