Owns full-cycle multi-state payroll for US sites: validate timecards, process regular and off-cycle payroll, handle garnishments/taxes, reconcile payroll, maintain records, support HR/Finance integrations, and produce reports for management.

Translate manufacturing business needs into functional requirements and process improvements. Document as-is/to-be workflows, support ERP/MES configuration and Epicor roll-out, write test cases, lead UAT and cutovers, support Lean/Kaizen initiatives, produce training/SOPs, and measure improvement outcomes while liaising between operations, finance, and IT.

Lead and coordinate large customer programs across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, design reviews, and risk mitigation.
