Ensure safety, competitive integrity, and consistent presentation across venues and game days.

Lead and build the communications function for a professional Flag Football league: develop strategy and storytelling, manage media relations and game-day press operations, support executive visibility and crisis communications, coordinate with internal teams and partners, run launches and sponsor communications, manage agencies and budgets, and create scalable processes to drive awareness and fan growth.

Lead full-cycle partnership sales for TMRW Sports' NFL flag football league: source and pitch sponsors, craft integrated sponsorship programs, manage proposals and agency resources, transition deals to Client Services, and collaborate with Partnerships to build scalable, revenue-generating relationships. Frequent domestic travel required.
