Coordinate and oversee BMS commissioning on data centre projects: attend coordination and client/vendor meetings, manage vendor issues, review drawings/RFIs/technical submittals, liaise with third-party vendors, review BMS/EPMS L3 test screenshots, inspect completed works for QA/QC sign-off, and upload documentation to the commissioning portal for project status tagging.

Oversee and coordinate all site logistics for a data centre project in Vaasa, Finland: manage storage and site compound, schedule and book material deliveries, liaise with subcontractors, control traffic and deliveries, run pre-start logistics meetings using the Datascope system, and promote just-in-time deliveries to optimise site flow and safety.
