Provide QA/QC oversight for MEP works on a large data centre campus: develop and implement QA/QC procedures and ITPs, perform site inspections and audits, issue NCRs, manage inspection records and quality dossiers, support MEP teams to resolve issues, and ensure completion of handover documentation and O&M manuals while promoting safety and compliance.

Manage mechanical design and project delivery for data centre projects: review tenders, select plant and materials, coordinate contractors, produce coordinated drawings, oversee HVAC deliverables, manage commercial aspects, installation, commissioning, and handover.

Manage and coordinate electrical design and installation for turnkey data centre projects. Oversee subcontractors, review drawings, enforce health & safety and compliance, troubleshoot issues, maintain document control, and prepare handover and test packs.

Lead coordination and integration across design, construction, commissioning and client teams for a large data centre project in Finland. Manage interfaces between trades, develop and maintain an Integration Execution Plan, chair integration meetings, track milestones, ensure MEP/CSA and telecom coordination, oversee procurement compliance, support scheduling, snagging, commissioning, handover, and enforce Health & Safety compliance.
