Lead technical and process management for OFCI equipment packages on a large data centre project in Sines, Portugal. Manage procurement, delivery, installation and commissioning; coordinate clients, vendors and subcontractors; oversee logistics, quality, risk mitigation and compliance. Provide technical oversight, run coordination meetings, and ensure integration with engineering, planning and commissioning teams to meet schedule and standards.

Manage and control project documentation on a fast-paced construction site: distribute, track, version-control, maintain registers (document, RFI, action, issue), generate reports, liaise with consultants/contractors, and support QA/QC/HSE audits and compliance.

Develop and maintain detailed construction master programmes and project controls. Prepare progress reports, manage schedule resources across pre-construction to commissioning, identify risks and corrective actions, represent planning in stakeholder meetings, support account management and continuous improvement to ensure timely delivery of large-scale data centre projects.

Act as the project Authorised Person for electrical safe systems of work on data centre projects. Control permits for energized work, review switchgear topology, support testing and commissioning, liaise with SCADA/BMS/EMS providers, complete safety documentation, and enforce HV safety rules and lockout/tagout procedures.

Support development, coordination, and delivery of data centre design from concept to handover. Produce and review drawings, calculations, and specs; coordinate with BIM teams and consultants; manage RFIs, technical submittals, change impacts, and as-built/O&M documentation while ensuring quality, H&S, and environmental compliance.

Manage and maintain all project documentation for a large-scale data centre project in Portugal. Control document workflows, versioning, and registers (RFIs, actions, issues). Distribute documents, generate status reports, liaise with consultants/contractors, and support QA/QC and HSE audits to ensure compliance with company IMS and project standards.
