Provide QA/QC oversight for MEP works on a large data centre campus: develop and implement QA/QC procedures and ITPs, perform site inspections and audits, issue NCRs, manage inspection records and quality dossiers, support MEP teams to resolve issues, and ensure completion of handover documentation and O&M manuals while promoting safety and compliance.

Manage design, coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems for a large-scale data centre. Review drawings and submittals, monitor site compliance with quality and safety, support schedules and risk management, prepare technical documentation, oversee subcontractors, and implement QHSE standards.

Manage mechanical design and project delivery for data centre projects: review tenders, select plant and materials, coordinate contractors, produce coordinated drawings, oversee HVAC deliverables, manage commercial aspects, installation, commissioning, and handover.

Manage and maintain all project documentation for a large-scale data centre project in Portugal. Control document workflows, versioning, and registers (RFIs, actions, issues). Distribute documents, generate status reports, liaise with consultants/contractors, and support QA/QC and HSE audits to ensure compliance with company IMS and project standards.
