Manage the full mechanical package for a large-scale data centre project in Portugal, overseeing design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning. Coordinate subcontractors and site teams, enforce QHSE and safety, control schedule, costs and resources, maintain documentation and snagging, run commercial meetings for variations, and support project handover and close-out.

Oversee and coordinate all site logistics for a data centre project in Vaasa, Finland: manage storage and site compound, schedule and book material deliveries, liaise with subcontractors, control traffic and deliveries, run pre-start logistics meetings using the Datascope system, and promote just-in-time deliveries to optimise site flow and safety.

Lead electrical design reviews, generate RFIs, validate equipment sizing, manage submittals and procurement, perform system walk-downs, coordinate electrical services with BIM and project teams, supervise subcontractors, prepare method statements and risk assessments, and maintain document control on large-scale data centre construction projects.

Provide administrative support to the Quality Department including maintenance of quality records, document control, coordinating action plans, assisting training and internal audits, implementing document management policies, and supporting project teams.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across Ireland and Europe: collaborate with hiring teams, source and screen candidates, run interviews, manage selection and offers, track metrics, represent the company at events, and improve recruitment processes.
