Provide end-to-end IT support for head office and multi-site nurseries: diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, M365 and SaaS issues; provision devices; maintain CCTV and door access; manage tickets to SLA; travel to sites for rollouts; create knowledgebase documentation.

Lead and deliver franchise-wide marketing strategy and campaigns to drive enquiries, enrolment, and centre growth. Manage brand consistency, create local marketing toolkits, support new centre openings and underperforming sites, optimise the parent enquiry-to-enrolment journey, deliver franchisee training, run recruitment marketing, and track performance metrics to improve ROI and resource allocation.
