Designs and delivers face-to-face, virtual, and on-site training for nursery teams; develops practical learning materials and induction programmes; coaches leaders, monitors training effectiveness, supports regulatory inspection readiness, and partners with Compliance to address network-wide development priorities.

Provide end-to-end IT support for head office and multi-site nurseries: diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, M365 and SaaS issues; provision devices; maintain CCTV and door access; manage tickets to SLA; travel to sites for rollouts; create knowledgebase documentation.

Conduct regular compliance and safeguarding audits across assigned franchise nurseries, manage quarterly self-audits and verification visits, support inspection readiness, report regional compliance trends, provide developmental support, and act as the primary compliance contact for franchisees.
