Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, web, text, and marketing channels; schedule services; provide product and service information; meet KPIs and deliver superior, professional customer service in a fast-paced, interruption-prone environment.

Lead accounts receivable operations across consolidated business units: supervise AR coordinators, process and post customer payments, manage collections and billing issues, reconcile accounts, support month-end close, handle customer communications, and recommend process improvements.

Serve as primary point of contact between customers, field staff, dispatch, and warehouse to schedule and coordinate service, maintenance, and installations. Maintain scheduling documents and customer accounts, enter maintenance agreements and jobs in ServiceTitan, coordinate parts and permits, manage hold-job resolution, collect payments when applicable, and back up dispatch. Ensure timely communication and quality customer experiences.
